Programme details

Stages of work

Four stages, from request to closing report.

    Diagnosis

    Identifying roles, tasks, and competency gaps through a diagnostic session and initial measurement instruments.

  2. 02

    Design

    Assembling the programme from the required services, and sequencing sessions and content to fit the working calendar.

  3. 03

    Delivery

    Running the sessions on site, online, or in a blended format, with attendance and practical application followed throughout.

  4. 04

    Measurement

    Measuring competencies after delivery with the same instrument, and submitting a report setting the results against the initial measurement.
