About SALMARK

A practice specialising in professional capability training and development.

SALMARK works with organisations, education providers, and individuals in Saudi Arabia. Services are delivered across four tracks holding twenty-four services, alongside three programmes specialising in type analysis and its application in the workplace.

The mark is made of eight petals, each adjacent pair standing for one of the four tracks. That division carries through the site’s colours, so the colour of a service indicates the track it belongs to.

Working method

Four elements common to every programme.

Diagnosis before design

A diagnostic session precedes programme design, identifying roles, tasks, and competency gaps; the scope of training is built on its findings.

Instructor continuity

The same instructor runs the programme from the first session through to submission of the closing report.

Documented outputs

Every programme ends with written outputs — procedures, templates, plans, or measurement reports — handed over to the organisation.

Measurement before and after

Competencies are measured before and after delivery with the same instrument, and the results are set out in the closing report.

Scope of work

Three groups, three delivery formats.

Organisations

Training programmes for teams of varying size, delivered on the organisation’s premises, online, or in a blended format, with a results report for management.

Education providers

Running cooperative and on-the-job training programmes, including scope definition, supervision, competency assessment, and issuing certificates.

Individuals

Seats in open workshops, and an individual assessment on the types indicator with a session explaining the result and areas for development.

Stages of work

Four stages, from request to closing report.

  1. 01

    Diagnosis

Identifying roles, tasks, and competency gaps through a diagnostic session and initial measurement instruments.

  2. 02

    Design

Assembling the programme from the required services, and sequencing sessions and content to fit the working calendar.

  3. 03

    Delivery

Running the sessions on site, online, or in a blended format, with attendance and practical application followed throughout.

  4. 04

    Measurement

Measuring competencies after delivery with the same instrument, and submitting a report setting the results against the initial measurement.
